Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

We loved our big, cozy Queen Room during our 4-night stay! The breakfast spread was delightful, with fresh fruit and made-to-order waffles. The room's décor felt warm and welcoming. Just a tip, request a room away from common areas for a quieter experience.

The staff we're friendly, responded quickly to our TV issue, manager even showed up to fix it personally.

It wasn't inexpensive but it was still worth it for the experience.

The king room was spacious and modern. Free WiFi allowed me to check routes easily, and the location was perfect for my trip out to Yosemite.

Great staff, but the room's a little rough

Had a decent stay for 4 nights. The staff was super friendly and helped us out when our TV acted up. Our room was cleaned every day, but we noticed some stains on the mattress protector that were kinda gross. Breakfast options were pretty limited, just some stale cereal and hard boiled eggs.

my stay at americas best was mostly pleasant. i appreciated the friendly night staff, especially one lady at the front counter who made me feel very welcome. additionally, the fitness center and outdoor pool were nice amenities to have. it’s also conveniently located close to the heart of the city.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as it was just a short walk of less than 5 minutes to the Black Bear Diner for a hearty meal and only about 4 km to the Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley for some shopping therapy, making our city strolls all the more rewarding.

The room was filthy with food on the bedding. The bathroom had holes in the wall, and the outlets didn't work properly. The receptionist was rude and made us feel belittled.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy enough. A bit of noise from the freeway, but it's not too bad. The Wi-Fi was iffy in my room, so I had to go downstairs for better signal. The fridge worked great, and there's a microwave, too. Just needed more pillows. Overall, I'd say it was decent for a night away.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff were helpful when I lost my car keys on my first stay. I’ll keep coming back for Easter!
